People cannot hear me during the video call
If the microphone that's built in or attached to your device isn't picking up your voice, it may not be connected or configured properly.
Note: Whilst the problem might be with your microphone, it could also be a fault of the headset or speakers of another participant. If in doubt, Send a chat message to other people in the call to ask if they can hear you.
Check the following solutions to be sure that others are able to hear you properly during your consultation.

Reload the page in your browser.

Increase the volume of the microphone on your device. Even if your speakers are turned on, your microphone's volume might be set to mute or low. See Check your microphone volume.

Make sure that the call screen is using the correct microphone. See Change your device settings.
