Check your microphone volume
Your microphone and the device it is connected to have a number of volume options. You can check the following:
- 
                                                Ensure that the volume on your device or microphone is sufficient and not muted. 
- 
                                                Check that the microphone is enabled on your device's sound settings. 
If necessary, you can select a different microphone to use during the call. For more information, see Change your device settings
