I cannot hear other people during the video call
If the headset or speakers that are built in or attached to your device are not receiving another person's voice, they may not be connected or configured properly.
Note: While the problem might be with your headset or speaker, it could also be a fault in the microphone of another participant. If in doubt, Send a chat message to other people in the call to ask them to talk.
Check the following solutions to be sure that you can hear others properly during your call.

Increase the volume of the headset or speaker on your device. Even if your headset or speakers are switched on, your volume might be set too low. See Check your headset/speaker volume.
