Check your headset/speaker is connected correctly
If you are using a headset or speaker that is not built in to your device, try the following solutions:

Wired: If you are using a wired headset or speaker, such as one connected by a USB cable or a headset jack, ensure that the cable is firmly connected to your device. Most wired cables can be reconnected while your device is switched on.
