Check your headset/speaker volume
Your headset or speakers and the device they are connected to have a number of volume options. You can check the following:
- 
                                                Ensure that the volume on your device, headset, or speakers is sufficient and not muted. You can check this by playing a video or some music on your device. 
- 
                                                Check that the headset or speakers are enabled on your device's sound settings. 
If necessary, you can select a different headset or speaker to use during the call. For more information, see Change your device settings
