Allow screen recording (Apple)

The Share your screen feature requires screen recording access.

Some Apple users cannot share an application or their whole screen when they use the Chrome browser, due to security and privacy settings on their device.

Important: While screen recording access is required to share your screen during the video call, consultations are not recorded by the browser. Some organisations may record the audio of some types of calls. For more information, see Audio recording.

  1. Open System Settings by selecting the Apple icon in the top left of your screen.

  2. Select Privacy & Security.

  3. In the Privacy tab, select Screen & System Audio Recording.

  4. Turn on the Google Chrome switch.
