I could not hear the audio during the speaker test

If the speaker that's built in or attached to your device isn't picking up the sound from the speaker test, it may not be connected or configured properly.

The speaker test is performed manually when initiating a test call or when testing your equipment.

A dialog with the text, You now need to test your speakers manually. The Play test sound button appears on the lower left of the dialog.

Check the following solutions to be sure that you can hear others properly during your call.
