My microphone test failed

When attempting to enter a waiting area or performing a test video call, the microphone test fails.

This failure is indicated by a red microphone icon as well as a message indicating that the microphone cannot be accessed.

A dialog with the text, We cannot access your microphone or camera. Access to your microphone and camera has been denied. Update the permissions in your browser, then restart the test to continue. See help for more information. The Restart Test button appears at the lower left of the dialog.
