r92 release notes

What’s new and what’s changed in this release of Induction Attend Anywhere

Released from Monday 30 June 2025

Improvements

This release contains the following improvements:

  • You can now see reports for group consultations in the video‑call‑management console. We’ve added new summary and detailed reports specifically for group‑consultation waiting areas and consultations. And, we combined several older reports into new views for a more streamlined workflow.

Bug fixes

This release fixes the following bugs:

  • Waiting-area SMS notifications about new callers used to take up to 45 seconds to arrive. They now typically arrive within 5–10 seconds.

  • Administrators can customise the text shown to callers before a call, as well as support contact details. Previously, if they included curly braces ({ or }) in these fields, the console would display an error. This has now been fixed—curly braces are automatically removed before the text is saved.

  • Private-chat messages appeared in a grey speech bubble to someone using the Welsh locale. Now private-chat messages appear in a purple speech bubble.

  • Resetting the password for a user account, often reset the last-signed-in date and time, leaving blank values in the platform-accounts report and the user profile panel. Now, the most recent sign-in is retained after a reset. Reports covering periods before this fix will still show a blank sign‑in date for those older entries.

  • In rare cases, launching a group consultation call from multiple devices at the same time caused the session to split—with participants landing in separate calls. We now resolve all simultaneous launches to the same call.

  • Caller display names without certain icons (such as the microphone mute or service provider badge) were not tall enough to fully enclose the participant-menu icon (⋮). We fixed this by adjusting the height calculation to account for all character types.

Known issues

New issues and limitations with this release:

  • Customisable text, such as information-for-callers or message templates, cannot include curly braces ({ or }). When someone includes curly braces in many organisational and waiting-error settings, the console shows an error. To work around this problem, do not use curly braces in your text.
