View user profiles
If you are a system administrator or organisation administrator, you can view the user profile of any active user in your organisational unit.
To view an active user's profile:

From the main menu, select Users and select or search for the user you need.

From the context menu, select View Profile. The [User Name] profile dialog opens.

Honorific |
The title the user places at the start of their name. Example: Ms, Dr, Professor |
|
First Name |
The user's given name. |
|
Last Name |
The user's family name. |
|
Suffix |
Any post-nominal letters the user has. Example: FRCP, RGN, PhD |

Waiting Area Alias
|
The name the user would like non-staff call participants to see when waiting in a waiting area or participating in a call. Example: Triage Nurse, Doctor Jo |

The email address the user signs in to the video call management console with. |
|
Timezone |
The time zone of the user's location. |
|
Profile image |
The image that displays during a call if the user pauses their video (except for group consultations calls). |

Account Created Date |
The date on which the user accepted the invitation to create a user account for the platform. |
|
Last Login Date |
The date on which the user last signed in to the video call management console. |
|
Person Status |
The user's status in the platform: either Active, Invited, or Inactive. For more information about these statuses, see Users. |
|
Invited By |
The name and email address of the person who sent the user an invitation to create a user account. |

Details of the last 10 calls the user participated in. Details include:
