Meeting room

When you select the name of a meeting room, the action menu opens.

The Meeting Rooms screen, with one meeting room selected. The Action Menu is open, and the options are, Enter Meeting Room, Copy Meeting Room Link, Reset Meeting Room Link, Meeting Room Properties, Manage Users, Delete Meeting Rooms, and No Participants. The No Participants option is inactive.

The following actions are then available:

  • Enter Meeting Room: Immediately launches your meeting room call. The button text then changes to You are in this room. For more information, see Start a meeting.

  • Copy Meeting Room Link: Adds the link to your device's clipboard, so you can send it to a guest via email, chat message, or text message.

  • Participants: Shows who is on the call. Depending on your access permissions, you may have the option to disconnect a participant from the call. For more information, see Disconnect a participant.
