Disconnect a participant
Sometimes you may need to disconnect a participant from a call.
Individual appointment or Consult Now
Individual appointment or Consult Now
To disconnect a participant from an individual appointment or a Consult Now call:

From the main menu, select Waiting Areas and select or search for the one you need.

Select the participant's name and then select Participants.

Select the participant's name and then select Disconnect.

Select Yes, to confirm the disconnection, or No, to keep the participant on the call and return to the waiting area.
Group consultation
To disconnect a participant from a group consultation:

In the group consultation call screen, select (x button) beside the participant's name.

Select Remove access to confirm. The participant disappears from the call.
Meeting room
To disconnect a participant from meeting room call:

From the main menu, select Meeting Rooms and select or search for the one you need. The action menu opens.

Select Participants.

Select the participant's name and then select Disconnect.

Select Yes, to confirm the disconnection, or No, to keep the participant on the call and return to the Meeting Rooms list.
