Disconnect a participant

Sometimes you may need to disconnect a participant from a call.

Individual appointment or Consult Now

To disconnect a participant from an individual appointment or a Consult Now call:

  1. From the main menu, select Waiting Areas and select or search for the one you need.

  2. Select the participant's name and then select Participants.

  3. Select the participant's name and then select Disconnect.

  4. Select Yes, to confirm the disconnection, or No, to keep the participant on the call and return to the waiting area.

Group consultation

To disconnect a participant from a group consultation:

  1. In the call screen, click People . The People panel opens.

  2. In the People panel, find the participant you need to disconnect.

  3. Click More More buttonand then Remove from call.

  4. Click Remove to confirm.

The participant disappears from the call and they see a message explaining that the call has ended.

Meeting room

To disconnect a participant from meeting room call:

  1. From the main menu, select Meeting Rooms and select or search for the one you need. The action menu opens.

  2. Select Participants.

  3. Select the participant's name and then select Disconnect.

  4. Select Yes, to confirm the disconnection, or No, to keep the participant on the call and return to the Meeting Rooms list.
