Roles and permissions
Each user A staff member who has a user account for the platform. is assigned at least one role, according to the level of access they need to have. The available roles are shown below.

Service referrer |
This role is required for staff with the service provider role who need to transfer calls between the waiting areas in their organisational unit. Example: Service provider A is on a call in waiting area 1 and needs to transfer the call to service provider B in waiting area 2. Service provider A must have the service referrer role in waiting area 2. |
