Group consultation

After a group consultation has started, you can select the call's entry to open the action menu.

A Group Consultation Waiting Area. The Status column has the status, In Progress. The Caller column indicates that there are two participants in the call. The Action Menu is open, and the options are, You are in this Call, and Participants. The You are in this Call option is inactive.

The following options are then available:

  • You are in this Call: The status of your participation in the call.

  • Participants: Shows who is on the call.

Add further participants

If you need to invite an additional person to a group consultations call, follow these steps:

  1. Share a waiting area link.

  2. When the guest opens the link and enters their details, they will appear in the Waiting callers list in the group consultations call screen. Select Admit All to have them join the call.
