I cannot share my screen
Screen share allows you to show the contents of your screen to other participants in the video call.
Only service providers can share their screen in a group consultation.
The screen sharing feature is only available to participants on desktop and laptop computers. If you are using a mobile device (smartphone, tablet) to make a video call, you cannot share your screen with other participants. You can, however, view other participants' shared screens.
Solutions

If you are using a mobile or tablet device, switch to a desktop or laptop computer, if possible.
