Main sections of the interface

The video call management console’s user interface consists of the following main sections:

  • Top - Main menus

This area is used to access the main features of Attend Anywhere, including waiting areas, meeting rooms, help, and profile menus. Not all menus are available to all users.

The video call management console's Waiting Areas screen. A callout box highlights the top main menu items, which are: Waiting Areas, Meeting Rooms, Organisational Units, Users, and Resource Centre. A question mark icon indicates the Help menu, and the user's initials indicate the User Profile menu.

  • Middle - Primary screens

This area is the default location to perform your work, from starting calls, managing your organisation, viewing reports, and various other video call activities. For more information, see Primary screens.

The video call management console's Waiting Areas screen. Two waiting area tiles appear in the middle part of this primary screen. A callout box indicates that the contents of this part of the screen change, depending on which main menu item has been selected.

  • Right - Information and settings

This area is where you can access helpful information and, depending on your Roles and permissions, change the settings for the organisational units, waiting areas, and meeting rooms you have administrator rights for.

An individual Waiting Area screen, showing the Information And Settings panel on the right. A callout box indicates that the contents of this part of the screen change, depending on which main menu item has been selected.
