Test your equipment

You can test your microphone, camera, sound, and internet connection at any time from:

  • any waiting area you have access to, or

  • the meeting rooms list, if you have meeting room access.

  1. From the main menu, select either:

    • Waiting Areas and select or search for the one you need, or

    • Meeting Rooms.

  2. Select Test My equipment. The system automatically checks your microphone, camera, and internet connection.

    Tip: You can select a different device by selecting an entry from the relevant list. Any change of device is immediately re-tested.

  3. To test your speaker or headset, select Play test sound.
