Report tags

Report tags are labels you can assign to organisational units and waiting areas, to help refine the way you interpret and analyse report data. When a tag is assigned, it appears as a new column in your Detailed reports.

Example: A single waiting area is used for both 'Cardiology' and 'Cardio Rehab'. You can select the report tag, 'Specialty', and assign two report tag values to this waiting area - one for each specialty. You can sort or filter your detailed report by the 'Specialty' column, to see only Cardiology calls, or only Cardio Rehab calls.

Report tags apply retroactively, so if you assign one today and run a report for any period since the waiting area was created, the report tag's column will appear on the report.
