Report types

The video call management console provides default reports that can be used to review common service data. They can provide the answers to basic questions about how video calls are being used at your organisation.

All reports are available as Summary reports, with a subset available as Detailed reports.

Summary reports

Summary reports provide an overview of the main report data for a specific reporting period. They are displayed as tiles on the Reports screen. At the bottom of each tile, there is a link to a detailed report.

Important: Summary report tiles can display data that is up to five minutes older than detailed reports, due to the way data is returned from the database. If data is published just after the summary report tiles are displayed, and before selecting Download Report, the detailed report could have a lot more information than the summary report.

Detailed reports

Detailed reports expand on the data displayed in summary reports, providing extensive usage information for the nominated period. For more information, see Detailed reports.
