Leave appointment

At the end of your appointment, you can leave the call by following the steps below.

Note: If your video or sound become unclear, you do not need to leave the call; you can Refresh call screen.

Individual appointment

  1. On the call screen, select End call button. (End button).

  2. Select Leave the call.

Note: If you select the End button by mistake, select Return to call to continue the call.

Group consultation

On the call screen, select Image of the Leave Call button. (Leave the call button).

Important: This will end the call immediately. To re-join the call, enter the waiting area link into your browser and complete the relevant details again.

If your service provider ends the call, you will receive a message that the call will end in 2 minutes. You can either wait until that happens, or select the Leave the call button.
