Reload pages

Reloading the page in your browser can fix many common problems. Because some screens in Attend Anywhere don't include browser controls, follow these instructions to reload the page.

Desktop Apple Safari

To reload the page, follow these steps:

  1. Check that the page you want to refresh is open in the browser window.

  2. From the menu bar in Safari, choose View > Reload Page. Or press Command-R.

Desktop Google Chrome

To reload the page, follow these steps:

  1. Check that the page you want to refresh is open in the browser window.

  2. Right-click on the tab, or Window title if you can't see any tabs.

  3. Click Reload in the menu.

You can also use the keyboard shortcut Crtl+R on Windows or Command-R on a Mac.

Desktop Microsoft Edge

To reload the page, follow these steps:

  1. Check that the page you want to refresh is open in the browser window.

  2. Right-click on the tab, or Window title if you can't see any tabs.

  3. Click Refresh in the menu.

You can also use the keyboard shortcut Crtl+R.

Mobile - Apple Safari

To reload the page, follow these steps:

  1. Check that the page you want to refresh is open in the browser window.

  2. Pull down from the top of your screen until the page reloads.

You can also tap the Reload icon.

Mobile - Google Chrome

To reload the page, follow these steps:

  1. Check that the page you want to refresh is open in the browser window.

  2. Pull down from the top of your screen until you see the refresh icon rotate.

  3. Lift your finger from the screen.
