Enable cookies on your browser (Apple iPhones and iPads)

Cookies let your browser store small pieces of reusable data. Without cookies, the call screen appears as a plain white screen. To enable cookies on your iOS or iPadOS Safari browser, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap Safari and then Advanced.

  3. In the Privacy section, check that Block All Cookies is switched Off.

  4. Close the Settings app.

    Tip: You may need to reload the call screen to regain camera access.
