Clear browsing data

Clearing your browser's cookies and cache can help prevent or resolve some issues that can occur during video calls.

The browser cookies store information to help personalise your browsing experience. Cache stores information that helps web pages load faster. While this is beneficial in many ways, it can cause problems if a web page is updated. For that reason, it's a good practice to regularly clear your cookies and cache.

This page explains how to clear the cookies and cache for the browsers that are recommend for use with Attend Anywhere. For more information about the recommended browsers, see What do you need?
