r93 release notes
What’s new and what’s changed in this release of Induction Attend Anywhere
Released from Monday 11 August 2025
Improvements
This release contains the following improvements:
-
In Group Consultations, callers now hear the updated join sound when they are admitted into the call by a service provider.
-
In Group Consultations, when a service provider leaves the call after placing a caller in a breakout room, the clinician exit sound now plays for remaining participants.
-
The Settings panel design has been improved and now provides consistent cursor behaviour and styling. These updates apply to all call types.
-
The Reports tab no longer auto-loads data. Users now select a date range before any reports are generated.
-
The ‘Call Start’ column in the Group Consultations report now includes both the date and time. The format used is DD/MM/YYYY HH.MM.
-
For HSE (Ireland), there are 3 new reporting-tag values for waiting areas.
-
Organisational Administrators can now enable or disable MFA on a per-organisation basis. The MFA option is accessible within the ‘Settings’ menu for each organisational unit.
-
Users can now set up MFA using an email code. When selecting the email code option, users receive a 6-digit setup code sent to their registered email.
-
MFA preferences can be set to optional (set up not mandatory) or prompted (users encouraged to set up MFA on next sign-in). The default setting is optional unless changed. Switching from prompted to optional requires confirmation.
-
A new icon now appears in Group Consultations when a participant’s video feed is paused due to low bandwidth. The icon disappears automatically once the video resumes.
-
In preparation for the upcoming transition from PubNub to AppSync, users can verify their network whitelisting by visiting the following URL:
{Siteurl}/ce/?whitelisting=true
. This check will help identify any potential connectivity issues in advance.
Bug fixes
This release fixes the following bugs:
-
A delay of several seconds before background blur or image applies when a service provider joins a call or moves between breakout rooms has been addressed. Background effects now apply promptly.
-
Report date picker issue where selecting certain dates automatically shifted the year forward (e.g., selecting 29 December 2024 changed to 31 December 2025). This has now been resolved to ensure accurate date selection.
-
Users experienced errors when generating quarterly Waiting Area reports for certain date ranges in 2022. This issue has now been fixed, allowing reports from July 2022 onward to download without errors.
-
A red error banner appeared when generating reports for certain date ranges. Users can now generate reports for all valid date ranges without encountering the banner.
-
When accessing Multi-factor authentication (MFA) on mobile devices, rotating the screen to landscape during the initial login caused the prompt modal to close unexpectedly. Now, the prompt modal remains open when rotating the screen.
-
Service providers’ cameras were not visible to callers until the service provider muted and then unmuted their camera. Now, callers can see the service provider’s video feed immediately upon joining the call.
-
The ‘Wrong email or password’ error notification previously remained visible alongside the inline email validation error on the login screen. This has now been corrected so that error messages are displayed appropriately.
-
On mobile devices, the background window remained scrollable while the ‘Other ways to sign in’ modal was open. Now, background scrolling is controlled appropriately during modal display.
-
On some MacOS, call control button labels to appear blank or black. Now, labels display correctly without needing users to switch browsers.
-
Bandwidth figures in both regular and group consultation reports appeared as bps. They are now correctly labeled as kbps.
-
Additional improvements have been made to address the intermittent issue of missing video tiles in group calls. Although the issue is not yet fully resolved, ongoing investigations and optimisation efforts continue to improve reliability.
