r90 release notes

What’s new and what’s changed in this release of Induction Attend Anywhere

Released from Monday 6 May 2025

Improvements

This release contains the following improvements:

  • Participants in calls can view a gallery of other callers in both individual appointments and group consultations. The gallery view can show up to 25 video streams—if there are more participants, they’re represented by their initials. In group consultations, service providers are prioritised. To try out the gallery view in a call, click More ⋮ > View as gallery.

  • Service providers and administrators can add an explanation in Welsh (as well as English) when they suspend a waiting area. Callers see the explanation in a language that matches their user interface.

  • Callers are prompted to enter their date of birth in the call-entry screen. To improve accessibility and the user experience, we removed the date picker. People can enter their date of birth straight into the text field.

  • For HSE (Ireland), there are 20 new reporting-tag values for organisational units.

Bug fixes

This release fixes the following bugs:

  • The in-call settings listed audio-visual-hardware and language choices in an inconsistent order. Now, the panel shows settings in this order: camera, microphone, sound, and (where localisation is on) language.

  • When listing user accounts with an invitation date (either in the users list or in waiting areas) the invitation date did not include the day of the month. Now the date shows the day of the month, month name, and year.

  • When entering a waiting-area name, saving short names with trailing whitespace caused a server error. Now, any leading or trailing whitespace is ignored when validating a potential new waiting-area name.
