Pause your video

You can pause your video if you need a moment of privacy or if there is a lot of movement in your background.

On the call screen, select Pause your Video button. The button text is, Camera. Camera. Your video is now paused and other participants can no longer see you.

While your video is paused, other participants will see a generic image in place of your video. Administrators can upload an image for this purpose. For more information, see Upload Logo and Pause Screen Image.

To resume your video, select Resume your video button. Camera again.

Group consultations: Pause everyone's video

In a group consultation, you have the option to pause the videos of all participants. To do this:

  1. On the group consultations call screen, select (Remote user controls button) on a participant's video tile.

  2. Select Stop video to disable the selected participant's camera.

  3. Select Disable camera of everyone else. All participant cameras, including your own, are now paused.

You cannot enable other participants' cameras; each participant must do this for themselves when required.

Note: When your video is paused, participants can still hear you. You can pause your video and Mute your microphone at the same time.
