Customise information leaflets

Each waiting area can have a unique information leaflet to provide service usersClosed A person who is seeking care or advice from a service provider via video call. A service user may be a patient, client, consumer, citizen, or similar. with the information they need to join a video call.

The information leaflet includes customisable areas for details about your service, such as:

  • waiting area name

  • waiting area link

  • troubleshooting or contact links.

If you want the information leaflet for a particular waiting area to display a different logo than has been uploaded for your organisation, you can customise one of our unbranded information leaflet templates and add the logo you want.

Add service details

  1. From Resources for service users, select your site and download a branded or unbranded information leaflet to a location of your choosing.

  2. Open the leaflet in your default PDF reader.

  3. Manually populate the fields with details relevant to the service. For example, the waiting area name, the waiting area link, and any extra information, such as links to troubleshooting or contact information.

  4. Save the file to your local file system and Upload a customised information leaflet.

Add your logo

Note: Adding your own logo requires a third-party PDF editing tool.

  1. From Resources for service users, select your site and download the unbranded information leaflet to a location of your choosing.

  2. Using a third-party PDF editing tool, add your service's logo.

    Tip: The logo is usually placed in the upper-right corner of the front page of the information leaflet.

  3. Save the file to your local file system and Upload a customised information leaflet.
