Check your microphone is connected correctly

If you are using a microphone that is not built into your device, try the following solutions:

  • Wired: If you are using a wired microphone, such as one connected by a USB cable or a microphone jack, ensure that the cable is firmly connected to your device. Most wired cables can be reconnected while your device is switched on.
