Leave appointment

At the end of your appointment, you can leave the call by following these steps:

  1. On the call screen, select End call button. Leave.

  2. Select Leave the call.

  3. If you select the Leave button by mistake, select Return to call to continue the call.

The call ends immediately. To re-join the call, enter the waiting area link into your browser and complete the relevant details again.

In a group consultation, if your service provider leaves, you see a message that the call will end in 2 minutes. You can either wait until that happens, or select the Leavebutton.
