Test your equipment
You can test your microphone, camera, sound, and internet connection at any time from:

any waiting area you have access to, or
-
the meeting rooms list, if you have meeting room access.

From the main menu, select either:

Waiting Areas and select or search for the one you need, or

Meeting Rooms.

Select Test My equipment. The system automatically checks your microphone, camera, and internet connection.
Tip: You can select a different device by selecting an entry from the relevant list. Any change of device is immediately re-tested.

To test your speaker or headset, select Play test sound.
