Set a report date range
On first visiting the Reports screen, you will need to provide a reporting period (start and end date), to limit how much data the system needs to retrieve for your reports.
Note: Users associated with only one organisational unit automatically see the summary for the current month without having to set a reporting period first.
Some administrator roles may have access to a large number of organisational units, waiting areas, and meeting rooms. Loading that data can have a significant impact on system performance, and, if the user is also in a video call at the time, call quality.
Supplying a reporting period limits the amount of data the system needs to retrieve.
Refreshing the page or signing out resets the summary data and you'll need to enter a new reporting period on return, to view the reporting summary. Otherwise, you can browse to other sections of the video management console and return with your reporting data unchanged.
To set a report date range:
-
From the main menu, select Reports.
-
In Select Start Date, select the start date of the reporting period.
-
In Select End Date, select the end date of the reporting period. Report generation begins.
Refreshing the page or signing out resets the data that appears in the summary tiles. A new reporting period must be entered on return.
