Set a minimum report duration
If you are an organisation administrator or organisation reporter, you can set a minimum call or meeting duration. This excludes from reports any calls or meetings made in error or abandoned early for other reasons.

From the main menu, select Reports.

In the information panel, select Set minimum durations. The Set Minimum Durations dialog opens.

In Minimum Consultation Duration, enter the minimum number of minutes that must elapse for the consultation to be counted in a report.

In Minimum Meeting Duration, enter the minimum number of minutes that must elapse for the meeting to be counted in a report.

Select OK. The new durations appear at the top of the information panel.
Note: If you leave the two fields set to 0.0, calls and meetings of any duration will be included in your reports.
Setting the minimum consult duration applies to all summary tiles (and their .csv reports), except for the Consultations report. This comprehensive report is designed to display all relevant data, including abandoned calls, calls not answered, and so on.
