Get an account
Important: If you are a service user A person who is seeking care or advice from a service provider via video call. A service user may be a patient, client, consumer, citizen, or similar. trying to attend a video appointment with a service provider, you do not need an account. You just need a call link. Check your appointment letter or your service provider's website, or contact them for the link.
Each staff member who needs to use Attend Anywhere to consult with service users needs an account.
Accounts and access permissions are managed by an administrator within each organisation that uses Attend Anywhere. If you would like an account, contact your administrator.
Your administrator will send you an email containing an invitation to create an account and instructions for doing so.

Check that you received an email from your administrator. It will be called Set up your video consulting password and sign-in for [your organisation's] Attend Anywhere.

If you have actioned the email from your administrator, you should have another email called Video consulting sign-in instructions for [your organisation's] Attend Anywhere. This contains everything you need to sign in.

When you have created your account you can Sign in.
