r97 release notes
What’s new and what’s changed in this release of Induction Attend Anywhere
Released from Tuesday 24 March 2026
Improvements
This release contains the following improvements:
-
Multi‑factor authentication (MFA) has been enhanced to support optional and mandatory policies at organisational unit level, featuring structured flows for first-time and returning logins, with refreshed wording across prompts and settings.
-
Date of birth and inline validation behaviour on the Caller Details page has been refined so that errors appear only when appropriate.
-
Caller information leaflets now include dynamic QR codes that link to the correct waiting area.
-
A temporary safeguard has been added to the Transfer Call feature that disables the End Call button immediately after a transfer is initiated, preventing premature call exit.
Bug fixes
This release fixes the following bugs:
-
The “More” menu associated with name plates overlapped the activity panel when call tiles were scrolled horizontally has now been resolved. The menu no longer overlaps the activity panel.
-
The “Contact support” link on the mobile login page, which was previously hidden on smaller screens, is now visible and accessible to users experiencing sign-in issues.
-
In group consultations, a caller’s full name previously appeared in chat if it matched the service provider’s name. This has now been fixed.
-
Resolved some inconsistencies in the MFA setup and prompt flows. Prompts now appear as expected.
-
In Regular Consultations, messages sent during calls were, on rare occasions, not received by service providers. This has now been resolved, and messages now arrive consistently for all participants.
-
In group consultations, “other participants” were not redirected correctly after the call ended. This has now been resolved, and participants are redirected according to the configured behaviour for all roles.
-
In consult now, service providers briefly saw an incorrect “call expired” message when starting a call. This has now been resolved, and the appropriate call screen displays without the misleading message.
-
The transfer call feature has been improved to ensure participants are reliably moved between waiting areas without anyone remaining behind.
