Improvements
This release contains the following improvements:

Microservice infrastructure has been migrated from the Serverless Framework to AWS CDK across all environments as the first stage of a two-part migration. This migration provides a more consistent and maintainable approach to infrastructure deployments and lays the foundation for future platform enhancements.
Bug fixes
This release fixes the following bugs:

In Group Consultations, the raise hand response time was slower than expected. Raise hand requests are now acknowledged more quickly, providing a more responsive experience.
