Bug fixes

This release fixes the following bugs:

When a Caller had the same name as the Service Provider, their full name was displayed to all participants in the chat, even when WA GC settings were configured to show initials only. This behaviour has now been corrected, and the chat feature accurately applies name display settings as expected.
