r95 release notes
What’s new and what’s changed in this release of Induction Attend Anywhere
Released from Monday 20 October 2025
Improvements
This release contains the following improvements:
-
Upon login, the obscured password characters (dots) were previously too small. This has now been updated so they are displayed at a standard size.
-
The waiting areas tile Group Consultations pill icon has now been correctly aligned.
-
In group consultations, participants can now view the order in which hands were raised.
-
In group consultations, the service provider can lower an individual’s hand or lower all raised hands.
-
A password is now required for users when changing Multi Factor Authenticator (MFA) settings.
-
Organisation administrators can now run reports for individual waiting areas without generating reports for the entire organisational unit.
-
The default position of the send message input field is now consistent in both RC and GC across all devices.
-
In group consultations, service providers can now view patient details from the caller’s video tile in the Moremenu (⋮). The chevron that previously held these details has been removed. This applies only to service providers, across all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile)
-
NHS Scotland only: An update to the caller name within a Rapid Access waiting area functionality has been implemented.
-
NHS Scotland only: The sender ID for SMS messages has been updated.
-
NHS Wales only: Translations for “Test my equipment” and “Unsupported browser” have been updated.
-
NHS Wales only: The email sender name has been updated from TECCymru to Attend Anywhere.
Bug fixes
This release fixes the following bugs:
-
When hovering over call screen buttons, tooltips were previously displayed inconsistently. This issue has been resolved, and tooltips now consistently show their labels on hover.
-
In group consultations, when moving participants between rooms, dropdown options were previously hidden behind a layered menu. This issue has been resolved, and users can now view the options correctly.
-
Callers received a welcome message and waiting area music when a provider transferred them to a different waiting area. This behaviour has been updated so that transferred callers will no longer receive the welcome message, and waiting area music will not be played.
-
Missing video tiles were observed in some calls. An additional fix has been implemented to prevent this occurrence.
-
On Android, action buttons were previously obscured by video tiles in gallery view. This has been resolved, and icons now display correctly in all views.
-
Previously, reusing an invitation link for an already registered account did not show an error until the page was refreshed. This has now been resolved, and the message "This account is already registered in Attend Anywhere" displays correctly.
-
On iOS devices running Safari below version 15, users previously did not see the unsupported browser message and instead saw an indefinite loading icon. This has been resolved, and the unsupported browser message now displays correctly.
-
Previously, sender emails occasionally defaulted to do_not_reply@attendanywhere.com. This has been corrected so that all sender emails now consistently default to donotreply@attendanywhere.com.
-
System Administrators only: Previously, an error banner appeared when toggling MFA settings On or Off for users. This has been resolved, and settings can now be changed without issue.
-
Previously, a service provider’s camera feed would disappear for callers after selecting “Leave call (Just me)” and then rejoining. This has been resolved, and the camera feed now appears as expected.
