Leave a call

Any participant can leave a call at any time. If you are a service provider, you can leave or end a call by following the steps below.

Individual appointment, Consult Now, or meeting room

  1. From within the call screen, select End call button. (End button).

  2. Select one of the options:

  • Return to call: This is useful if you selected End by mistake.

  • Leave the call (just me): Select this option if:

    • there is more than one person on the call and you need to leave. The call will continue for the remaining participants.

    • you have entered the wrong service user's call. When you leave, the service user will be returned to their waiting area to await another service provider.

    • Note: In the video call management console, you will see that the service user is still listed in the Caller column. To rejoin the call, select their name, and then select Join Call.

  • End the call (for everyone): This ends the call for all participants.

Group consultation

From within the group consultations call screen, select either of the options shown below.

Note: If you are using a small device such as a tablet or mobile, select Leave call button. (Leave Call button) to access these options.

  • Leave consultation (just me): If there is:

    • another service provider on the call, you can leave and the call will continue for all participants.

    • no other service provider on the call and you leave, participants will receive notification that you have left and that the call will end in two minutes.

      Note: In the video call management console, you will see the call listed as Idle. To rejoin the call, select the group consultation's name in the Caller column, and then select Call idle, join group call.

  • End consultation for all: This ends the call for all participants.

Important: Selecting either button ends the call immediately for you, without a request for confirmation.
