Change the layout

When you join a group consultation call, your own video appears as a small tile. The other people on the call, as well as any shared screens, appear in the main video area in tiles of equal size, similar to this:

Tip: A participant may share their screen so they can display information relating to the call. For more information, see Share your screen.

To change the layout of the tiles, select Layouts button. (Toggle layout button). The appearance of the layout depends on the number of people on the call and the size of your device. The layout you choose only affects your screen, not those of the other participants, so you can experiment to find the one that works best for you.

Note: To maintain sound and video quality, the number of video tiles visible at once may be limited, based on your internet speed and your device's memory.
