Set waiting area links
If you are a service administrator or organisation administrator, you can specify how service users A person who is seeking care or advice from a service provider via video call. A service user may be a patient, client, consumer, citizen, or similar. will enter the waiting area.

From the main menu, select Waiting Areas and select or search for the one you need.

Select (Settings button) then Waiting Area Links. The Waiting Area Links dialog opens.

Complete the fields.

Description
Add a Waiting Area link to your website. (Recommended)
Select (Send me the instructions button) to receive an email with instructions for setting up the website link or button on your organisation's website.
Where on your website will callers access the Waiting Area?
Enter the address (URL) of the web page that service users should use to enter the waiting area.
Default link (hosted by Attend Anywhere)
Allows you to alter the default waiting area link. Enter your preferred link name and then select Save. If the name is:

available, the dialog closes and no further action is needed.

unavailable, you will be asked to choose a different one.
Also make this Waiting Area accessible from its Organisational Unit's Attend Anywhere button
This setting determines whether the waiting area can be accessed from the parent organisational unit's Start video call button. It is set to On by default for regular waiting areas. For more information, see Configure an organisational unit.
Note: This option is not available for Group consultation waiting areas.
