Upload Logo and Pause Screen Image

This setting allows you to upload a waiting area logo and have it appear on the call screen during a call (except in group consultations), on the waiting area's screen in the video call management console, and on any emails sent from the waiting area.

Note: If you do not set a waiting area logo, the parent organisational unit's logo will display.

You can also upload the image you want service usersClosed A person who is seeking care or advice from a service provider via video call. A service user may be a patient, client, consumer, citizen, or similar. to see when you pause your video during a call (except in group consultations).

Upload a logo

To upload a waiting area logo:

  1. Make sure your logo is no more than 360 pixels wide x 110 pixels high.

    Tip: Most standard image file types can be used, but the scalable vector graphic (.svg) image file type gives the best results.

  2. From the main menu, select Waiting Areas and select or search for the one you need.

  3. Select Settings button. (Settings button) and then Logo and Pause Screen Image. The Logo and Pause Screen Image dialog opens.

  4. Under Waiting Area logo, select Camera button. (Camera button) and then Upload image. Your device's file system opens.

  5. Select the image file you need and then select Open. The image appears in the Waiting Area logo field.

  6. Select Save.

Note: For group consultations, the logo appears during video call setup, but not during the call itself.

Upload a pause screen image

To upload a pause screen image:

  1. Make sure the image is no more than 800 pixels wide x 600 pixels high.

  2. From the main menu, select Waiting Areas and select or search for the one you need.

  3. Select Settings button. (Settings button) and then Logo and Pause Screen Image. The Logo and Pause Screen Image dialog opens.

  4. Under 'Camera disabled' image, select Camera button. (Upload image button) and then Upload image. Your device's file system opens.

  5. Select the image file you need and then select Open. The image appears in the 'Camera disabled' image field.

  6. Select Save.

Note: For Group Consultations, the 'Camera disabled' image is replaced by the service provider's initials, or (if set), profile picture.

Remove an image

To remove an image:

  1. From the main menu, select Waiting Areas and select or search for the one you need.

  2. Select Settings button. (Settings button) and then Logo and Pause Screen Image. The Logo and Pause Screen Image dialog opens.

  3. Select Camera button. (Upload image button) and then Reset image. The image is removed.

  4. Select Save.
