Reset a meeting room link

Meeting rooms can be accessed via the:

  • video call management console, for staff

  • meeting room link, for guests.

To enhance the security of a meeting room and ensure that only currently invited guests can enter, organisation administrators and meeting room administrators can reset the meeting room link. To do this:

  1. From the main menu, select Meeting Rooms and select or search for the one you need. The action menu opens.

  2. Select Reset Meeting Room Link. The Reset Meeting Room Link dialog opens.

  3. Select Reset Meeting Room Link. A banner at the top of the screen confirms that the link has been updated.

  4. (Optional) If you need to send the new link to someone, select Copy Meeting Room Link. You can also do this from the meeting room's action menu at any time.

  5. Select Close.
