Edit meeting room properties

If you are an organisation administrator or a meeting room administrator, you can edit a meeting room's name, the default call quality for the room, and what participants see at the end of the meeting.

To edit meeting room properties:

  1. From the main menu, select Meeting Rooms and select or search for the one you need. The action menu opens.

  2. Select Meeting Room Properties…. The Meeting Room Properties dialog opens.

  3. Complete the fields.

  4. Select Save.
