Request an organisational unit

When your Attend Anywhere site is set up, it already has at least one organisational unit. You can request additional organisational units if you want to:

• enable public access to a subset of all of your waiting areas

• have different messages or notification settings for a particular set of waiting areas

• set up different reporting for sets of waiting areas.

You may also want to request additional organisational units if your organisational structure changes.

To request additional organisational units, contact your Attend Anywhere support representative.

Note: As a system administrator, you will need to configure your new organisational units and assign organisation administrators. For more information, see Configure an organisational unit.
